Vincent di Pasquale works out of his project studio in Miami, Florida, which is fitted with a 32-fader System 5-MC DAW controller, Apogee Symphony audio interfaces with Logic Pro and Pro Tools HD. This is the first in a new series of videos where Vincent shows us his studio and how to get the most out of the System 5-MC and Logic Pro. This was originally posted in 2008 - this new HD version posted July 2009
@marv4976 Hi, cud u temme how do u connect the xlr inputs to apogee symphony and integrate it with System 5 Mc??? Also have u faced any issues like function/connection lost errors when System 5 Mc connected to Logic 9.x (like that we normally face when a MIDI controller is connected with Logic Pro 9.x)?

If u guys listen to what he said, he is going back and forth between Logic and Pro Tools and the Apogee Symphony system @ that time was not compatible with Pro Tools software and/or hardware. Apogee uses core pci/e cards like Pro Tools HD and the Mac Pro holds only 3 of those slots per computer. So, assuming that he is using PT HD 3 there is not room to use an Apogee card, so yes he needs to install that in another computer. Remember always to research first be 4 comment.
