The Culinary Institute of America is the world's premier culinary college. Sean Pera, a graduate of the Hyde Park culinary school campus, demonstrates how to prepare rugelach for a sweet year. For more information about this cooking school, please visit www.ciachef.edu.
it's traditional for chanukah, not rosh hashana! that's okay, though....my son is going to culinary school and recommended this video.....I'll try this recipe this year.

I just hope Mort doesn't have some weird Jewish candy like Hamentashen or Rugelach or Chchchchchchch....

Thank you for the video, it really was helpful. I have been making all kinds of cakes and sweets in general lately. This will be one more of my recipes I will try very soon. I bookmarked you page. Thanks again, instructions are very easy to fallow and understand. Great!

Thanks for this demo. I love your presentation. Did you use this in a class project? Oops, there's the teacher in me, evaluating. You get an A++.
But seriously, I am a cook, not a baker. I am so afraid of trying this. Now that I can refer to your video, I may attempt it. My 2 year old twin grandsons love chocolate Rugelach. I'm really motivated. Thanks to you, I may just get it right. I'll let you know.
