  • @soopa123 the sodium and chlorine have exchanged their electrons with each other, which is why they have a charge. The water molecule only has a partial charge because of the way the electrons are held, the hydrogen have a slight + charge and the oxygen has a slight - charge

  • i thought they actually exchanged electrons with water molecules.... plz help
