when i try to open hp usb disk it says you dont have admin permission. Can you help me?

Hmmm, maybe its because the pc your on is limited and it wont work or some other reason but in this case its good to ask a friend for you to use there pc and do this on their pc(they gotta be admin tho).
Look for a friend do the steps on his pc and tell me how it went...
