Why are Indian neighbourhoods always dirty? I am from Sydney, Australia, and the Indian areas here (Blacktown, Parramatta, Homebush) have litter everywhere.

oh..please. The indian/pakistani area is like two blocks between 37th ave and roosevelt (where they intersect, so the blocks are not very long). I'm so sick of people trying to portray Jackson Heights as a Deshi neighborhood. The area is still mainly Hispanic and a good number of chinese/korean/malasian.
