QUESTION: CAn i veiw this caera footage on a 3rd computer that is countries apart, AND can i install the Camveiw Software onto anotehr as well?

It is the most user-friendly IP camera I ever bought.
It takes me only few minutes to get it connect to the interent and watch it online with ID and password.
Other cams I bought need DDNS, I don't even know what that stand for.
