it's rare to be so moved by something you see on youtube. thank you for sharing that. it's truly very beautiful.

Different and nice. Very dramatic. It makes me think of several things....I just played Marvin in FALSETTOS and boy is it hard to do this song justice singing it two hours into the show, sitting on a sofa with a man laying on your chest. I'm envious! lol But I also often cried for real singing most of the ballads. Thx K.

I AM AN INSTANT FAN and as a singer myself, not many men give me goosebumps..many singers get lost in the sentiment of these lyrics and the singer may as well be a violin in the distance. This is a man singing about his love for another man and I am conVINCED! BRAVO!!!

I got a report on this song tomorrow for school and I don't know anything about this song. What character is playing the part? Why are they both in a bed? Why is he singing this song? Who is he singing the song to? and whats the main conflict in this peice? Please help Im an 11th. grader at an art school. Thanks alot.
a very technically challenging song to sing indeed. and this, my friend, is as good a version as i've heard. i've been searching a long time for an interpretation like this. many thanks.

You have great presence. All I could see was shoulders and up and I knew your version was one I wanted to listen to. You have a very light but powerful voice. I liked that you didn't try to oversing it and you kept your arms down--to me that shows a willingness to be vulnerable which is so key to this song. I sing with the Twin Cities Gay Men's Chorus and we'll be performing this piece at our next concert. I will keep your rendition in mind when I'm preparing. =>

Thank you so very much. That is very sweet. I grew up in Minnesota. Love it there, though I haven't been back in a while. Have a great concert.
