its all so a relly good thing to cleen the hub face up whith some emray paper or sand paper or wire brush then cote it whith anty seize compund ather wise 1 you may get brack shuder as the rotor is not lined up and true whith the hub due to rust and dirt bild up betwen the rotor and hub and 2 the anty seize stops the hub and rotor seizing together and making to hard to remove at a later date. Good video for eny one who has never done it tho :)

I see so many cars all done up with nice paint and big wheels, then you see the stock brakes and it just ruins the look, big brakes give you the look of "What's that thing got to need those brakes?".

never loosen with a torque wrench. it offsets the shims and you have to recalibrate it.

the rotor installation actually depends on the vanes inside the rotor, the design is intended to pull air towards the wheel hub. It is not based on the cuts in the face of the rotor. (these are installed right im just making it clearer just in case someone misunderstands the video)
