How to obtain:
Helmet - Beat Jack at Poker (or kill him in Sandbox mode)
Boots - Palisades Mall, 1st level, Ultimate Toys
Shield and Blaster - Beat the game and get the S Ending (load the completed save, don't start New Game+)
Body Suit - Get a medal on all the Sandbox challenges
The tune in the video is from Megaman ZX.

@MegaCodgod99 Without the Boots, the buster lacks the power that the X-Buster/Real Mega Buster has. With the Boots, the shots explode. With the Full Costume, Frank runs faster.
