what is the difference between alleyoop mizou and kindgrind?

with ao mizou, you spin the opposite direction to the grind direction. so you spin right and grind to the left. you can alley-oop to a forwards mizou but it is called 270 ao mizou as you must spin further to it.

Kindgrind is the name for topside mizou (travelling backwards). (sweatstance=forwards,kindgrin­d=backwards//both are topside mizou)

you usually alleyoop to a kindgrind, the spin (from forwards) is under 180 degrees so no need to say ao kindgrind. see the kindgrind video.

actually yes. that grind is fairly hard to lock into, expecially on a QP. it takes a lot of practice
