So let me see...judging by the amount of times most people want to smash their computers, I would assume that "Software Engineers" have no idea what they're doing. Drivers that don't work, corrupt files, one program interferes with another and on it goes. Does anything get tested ??..or is it just "that's looks about right" and off to lunch we go. Windows is a prime example. Given the opportunity I think most people would like to shove their PC up a Software Engineers ass with no lube !!!

Chances are, if you are seeking information on this particular career path, you probably already know more than this video has shown you, and if you don't, a simple Google search would MORE than suffice compared to this. Just sayin...

Umm... What's with all of the people saying things like; "This was a useful video of a day in the life of a typical software engineer." and so forth? This video was HARDLY informative. It's outdated, and tells you next to nothing about software engineering. Are they trolling for CareerOneStop or something?
