A girlfriend of a gang member is found dead from a bullet behind a dumpster. With a minimal amount of evidence and a difficult judge, it becomes difficult for the District Attorney to convince the jury that the murderer was the victim's boyfriend.

I totally agree with you, he's acting like this case is insignificant and a waste of his time by sighing, refusing the police to tell their full story etc. If you found him to be the judge in any court you attended you'd have 2nd thoughts about going to trial - he is a jerk. Well said.

My God...I can't believe the 'attitude of this judge! Its quite obvious and coming across that he has just would rather be elsewhere- perhaps a game of golf. No wonder the 'legal' system sux!

So the guy acts like he would kill police officers by pointing a gun at them and because that proves he is a violent man, it cannot be allowed to be known by a jury?

It feels so wrong for the Judge to be talking to the prosecutor like that in front of the defendant. And he *sighed* is that as naughty as *rolling eyes*?

Not allowing the cops to tell the truth about the gun being pointed at them is forcing them to lie. I wish the Courts were about truth, and not rules.
