Wireless Floating Spark! Next level dry ice air threads...

I was duplicating an experiment I saw here on youtube when I came across a most unexpected phenomenon; a floating spark! My setup was a little used different components, such as a PMW and an ignition coil. Toward the end of the video (it is difficult to see, I know) you can see a small dynamic spark hovering between my fingertip and the surface of the water. I was unable to feel any effect of the spark on my finger. I suppose the spark was simply electricity arcing from the water to my finger but the gentle high frequency rendered the arc small and harmless!
