decent form- but that's just a hang snatch that you're doing, not a Hang Power Snatch. "power" snatch is from the floor. just like a hang clean is from halfway up your body, so is a hang snatch. a power clean is from the floor as well.

Well actually "power" denotes the position of the catch. A clean and jerk or snatch with minimal knee bend is know as a power clean or power snatch.
Thus starting from the hang and catching the bar with minimal knee bend becomes a hang power snatch.
