  • It would have been better if you would have put the circle in the 4th quadrant since the center is (+,-). It is a little misleading that way.

  • I'm guessing you are referring the the diagram that was drawn above the equation. That was not intended to be the graph of the circle of which I was finding the center and radius, but rather a general picture of any circle with radius r, and center (h,k). But thank you for your feedback.

  • i'm sure when you're calculating the centre, y--7 is infact y+7? So why does it remain the same here?
