Bob Delaney wasn't even looking at the play when the contact occurred. Fisher isn't allowed to grab Monta like that and guide him into an offensive foul.

Monta pushed him first then Fisher grabbed him on his way down. Good call, but its sad to see that at the end of the game. Commentators took it a little far.
