I hate when religious want to pray for us, it's actually very insulting. At least she'd condemning the actions of those being verbally abusive towards Jessica, but I still find the idea of asking instead for people to pray for insulting. Just my personal opinion.
It's like when I was studying medicine, I used to talk to doctors about how much they hated that after saving some people's life, the person or family would say "thank God!" It's actually really insulting to the real life saver!

"I'll pray for you"
Translation: in the Christian way of saying, "go fuck yourself," I'm announcing that in the form of Bronze Age superstition I'll telepathically send a message to the empty sky in the hope an invisible deity might hear it and use an act of magic to alter the course of reality in my favor.
If she really meant it, if she truly wanted to do something good, then she'd have the conviction of her religious predecessors to at least sacrifice a goat.

Those religious bigots and haters should pray for themselves, not for Jessica. She seems to be just fine.

"Cranstonner" I think it should be.

Seems like a nice old lady. She's entitled to her beliefs even if we think they're dumb. THAT'S why we're different, That's why we're better.

"I beleive what I want to believe regardless of the facts" Is what she meant.
because praying is better than actually apologizing

"Pray for her" my ass. If they want to make amends to her, they should apologize, shut the fuck up, and behave like normal, responsible people.
