Dinah goes to Cedars with a coffee for Mallet. She can't believe that Rafe shot Jeffrey. "He made one terrible choice and now his life is never going to be the same," Dinah says. One moment can change everything, she adds before walking out. A moment later, Reva hurries over to him. He tells her that Jeffrey is still hanging in. "I never thought of his job as dangerous," she says, holding in her tears, telling herself that Jeffrey will be fine. She soon calls Cassie to say that Jeffrey has been shot. He's made it through surgery but even she didn't hear about this until now. Cassie is shocked. She puts down the phone and she and Josh quickly run out the door.

When Josh and Cassie arrive at Cedars, they find Reva crying about insurance. She doesn't know where anything of Jeffrey's is. Josh offers to help Reva find what she needs and drives her off, leaving Cassie to keep tabs on things at the hospital.

Josh and Reva get back to Cross Creek. When they walk inside, they find Jolene and Mark, the actor playing Josh, rehearsing a Reva and Josh scene for the movie - [Not Included In Video Edit]. After awkwardly watching them, Reva interrupts and tells them that they need to look for papers. Jeffery was shot and that's all that matters. She tells them to get out so they can search. Once they walk out, Josh tries to comfort her and starts looking for the papers. He quickly finds them and she grabs Jeffrey's guitar so that he'll have something else to think about when he wakes up.

Reva and Josh drive over to The Beacon so she can get the heart that she made for Jeffrey. She wonders if all the movie stuff is bothering him. Josh plays it down. She starts crying about Jeffrey again. He hugs her and takes her out the door.

Josh and Reva arrive at Cedars. He tells Cassie that he found the papers; Jeffrey keeps them in the same place he always did. When Reva returns, she tells Josh that she needs his services... for a wedding. Cassie leaps up and congratulates her. Josh follows. Reva doesn't want a death bed wedding, but she'll be staying there until Jeffrey wakes up.
