  • I love this video and I do see a difference, but I have to agree with the other posts about you not doing all of the pressure points you mentioned around the eye sockets in the video. I just guessed and did the remaining points. It was the middle one above the eye and the inside corner on the bottom. Are we supposed to do those or leave those out? Thanks you for posting. I also am doing overall face exercises. DO you happen to have any acunpucture pressure spots for sagging jowels?

  • @TheJanicetunes : Do all the points! May I also suggest that you download the free booklet? Go to the URL displayed in the Info below the video.

  • Also, I have a little problem finding the indentations. =/ No one else seems to have any trouble doing it. =P I think (but I keep losing it) I can feel the one right under your pupil and the one in the upper corners but I have trouble finding the rest. =P Also, I think only the indentation in the upper inner corner hurts. I have allergic asthma and a couple of other allergies. Is there anything I can do alongside this to improve my dark circles? Also, will this thicken the skin under the eyes?

  • @azkhno01 : Regarding your other questions: 1) If the indentation in the upper inner corner hurts, work on it and do the complete exercise only after it doesn't hurt anymore, and drink a lot of water for a few days (Bladder meridian is affected). 2) The exercise will not thicken the skin under your eyes.

=) I think I love you! =D Do you mean I should only do the upper corner massage until it stops hurting? I have had a BAD urinary infection (probably a side effect of taking strong antibiotics for follicular tonsillitus) and drug induced diarrhea. I don't think the infection is completely gone but I can't go back on antibiotics so am taking cranberry juice. This is probably why I look so horrible right now! =P

  • @azkhno01 : Thx for the love! Yes that is what I mean: work on the upper inner corner points only for a few days/a week. Given your medical condition, I would recommend that you have an acupuncture session to treat your full Bladder Meridian.

And also I have been under loads of stress. So yeah.

  • I love your accent!

  • @azkhno01 : No one else in these posts, but each time I conduct a workshop there is at least one participant who has some difficulty finding the points, so you are not alone :) Some of us have very hollow indentations, almost flats, and we are not perfectly symetrical so your indentations might be slightly displaced from the exact lines I describe in the video..

  • @azkhno01 : Nose and eyes are interconnected,it is not a coincidence. It is a very good sign: the exercise helps draining your nose too. Just go on until there is nothing to drain anymore!

  • @cuzzywuzzyful : Try!
