while there may be stuff to do along the lake shore or outside the huron range proper--where is there to go IN the hurons though?... apparently people are saying it's all private property/no tresspassin bs ("huron mountain club" or something)...
if you look at it in google maps there isnt even a single state park or forest preserve (shaded green in map view) anywhere within the "mountain" range
definitely a shame
