Not just British but French, Spanish & Portugese mixed interracially throughout India. I'm Anglo-Indian with a French surname..grandfather was from Marseilles and moved to Madras then Calcutta in the 1800s. It's a shame not many really know about Anglo-Indians and alot of the fairer ones keep their identities hidden(as was the case in the UK during the 1950s-1960s). Thank you Warren.
