I think the final product of left hand + right hand is great but looking at her left hand alone it does come across a bit mechanical at times. I prefer to listen to her play rather than watch. My ears don't mind a bit.

but this solo is not from any song I remember from guilt machine, ayreon or stream of passion. She played in some bands prior to these but I never got to hear them, I'm thinking if the song might be from these...

@Truechuser - she's in a group called Guilt Machine. Do a m*space search for them. Not usually my type of music, but the album production is excellent.

Lori, great playing! in my opinion the only real work that needs to be done is in the (feel) department. Way too much whammy vibrato instead of the left hand vibrato. Killer Legato yet the alternate picking isn't quite there yet. And don't be afraid to bend a huge note and hang on it with some natural vibrato like Yngwie or Ray Vaughn. You are so close to being world class no matter what sex you are. Keep it up Lori. If u want to exchange licks or practice tips let me know :) ROCK ON!
