Satan uses music as a weapon, but the Lord is stronger and smarter.... Jesus already has the victory and Satan's days are numbered. God lets evil exist temporarily to make a perfect demonstration of his character to the physical and spiritual world. He will deal with evil in his own time.

I dumped my Rock and roll music for Christian. Things are so much brighter and better. I would encourage all Christians to dump the world's music and embrace Christian music even if you don't like it at first.

The bible says to examine yourselves to make sure you are of the faith... Make sure that you have a desire to serve Christ and do things the Lord's way. We will always battle our flesh, but a truly saved person can say no to sin. A pretender can't walk away from the call of sin because there is no Holy Spirit. They will keep sinning again and again, they are slaves of sin. It is their master and it runs their life.

I junked all my Worldly music and made a vow to only listen to Christian music. It has been so much better to hear lyrics that only uplift you and written by people that love Christ and are dedicating their music to him... Life is better the closer to Christ you are...

Actually the Lord has to do a work in someone's heart before they choose him. We are dead spiritually in our trespasses and sins before getting saved. Jesus has to draw us to him. To us it seems like we make the choice, but the sad fact is that no one would choose Christ unless he inclined our heart towards him. We are saved by his grace alone, not of our works so that no one can boast.... God rightfully gets all the glory in our salvation Ephesians 2:8
