um mate..all people are different but there is a clear anatomical difference between the hip joint and SI joint or lower lumbar region..i.e a lot of people say its my 'hips' pointing to their lower back...like our friend in the video
-
um mate, a lot of people have different hip shape, size and positioning.
-
mate its called anterior plevic tilt, and the hip joint is a lot lower, move inferior to your iliac spine aka hip is your analysis

Hi there! it can be quite nerve racking doing these videos actually!!
I am a female fitness instructor, working mainly with women's fitness and come across these postural issues all the time. You have inspired me to train further. Can you tell me what training you have followed?

I'm not meaning to judge, but the client doesn't look to me to have an excessive lordosis, or a pelvic tilt. Don't you mean an anterior pelvic tilt also... where the back os higher than the front of the pelvis?
Lol I was about to say... an anterior tilt!!!!

Yeah, slip of the tongue. I was to carried away filming the video. I need to re-film this. Thanks for the post.

I sincerely apologise for the mistake I have made in this video clip. My client has an anterior tilt through his pelvis, not a posterior tilt. A complete slip of the tongue, I do apologise.
