When is this going to be approved in the US? How long to the results last before being re-absorbed? How much size can be gained (say, from a US B-cup)? Can it be used to re-shape a Grade-1 ptosis breast like a lift/implant procedure?

Probably in about 5 years. Reabsorption takes over 12 months to about 18/12. US B goes to a big C or this side of D depending on amount added. Yes..just up to Grade 1 ptosis

There is a little sting getting the initial local anaesthetic. It takes me 15-20 mins and it costs 3.5k Euro

Someone asked "is that blood on the two pieces of cloth?! How come there's so much bleeding"?. No...that is Betadine antiseptic like Iodine

It isn't comfortable at all. I was definatley in excruciating pain when mine were done last year. They also went down within two months so I had a top up and 6months later they are almost as they were before the op. I would say to anyone to think careful before they choose this option; the results can be great as mine definately were, but it does not last long at all and it costs so much every year or however many months later you need to get it done again. I am now looking into implants.

omg! i almost cried watching this..he is being fast and looks like he's really mistreating the breast! ESPECIALLY WHEN FIRST APPLYING THE ANESTHETIC BETWEEN 1:30- 1:40. ouch, it looks terrible. Needle is sHUGE :(
