I used several including neti pot. I think that NasalCare Nasal Rinse Kit is very user-friendly, something as simple as brushing teeth. No hurt but soothing.

It seems too painful. I have been using a much better one named NasalCare Nasal Rinse Kit. I used to suffer from sinusitis but since I used it two years ago my sinus problem is under control. I bought it on line but don't remember the site.

Since getting it, do you feel better? I keep having recurring sinusitis and a friend recommend that I get a neti pot.

I have chronic congestion but I've only done it at night and while it feels clearer afterwards by the next morning I'm stuffy again. Though it might work better if done in the morning.
But even if it doesn't work for you it's still fun to gross out your friends by pouring stuff out your nose :)
