I just wish government would not fund housing associations with tax payers money. The reason is that tax payers get the bill for builders to over charge on housing through shared ownership and homebuy schemes. End result the tax payers are paying the cost to keep properties artifiacilly high rather than allow them to fall to traditional levels. Its truely corrupt.
