Steps:
1. Install Motorola Drivers

should I mount my droid? I am rooting my friends and mine is rooted with rom and overclock but I used easyroot.apk and its no longer on market. ty in advance

@TheModMan310 Do not mount for USB Storage, but make sure USB Debugging is enabled on it before you do anything :)

keeps telling me " Exception processing message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c" will not start the root and makes my computer freeze. windows xp a problem?

@derker44 Are you making sure to leave the cmd window on top? I'm currently working on a release with a GUI and progress bar so all you do is click, wait, and root :)
