San Diego American Indian Health Center's 8th Annual Culture Camp, "Water Fun in the Sun!" brought San Diego American Indian Health/Youth Center members, staff and chaperones to the San Luis Rey River on the La Jolla Indian Reservation. After learning about the water system, pollutants and poisonous plants from the La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians Environmental Protection Office, participants played in the river, sailing down rapids in inner tubes and splashing around in calmer waters. More fun next year!
