  • U.S. Constitution: Fourth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. I know and I care

  • I think it means the government can legally spy on Americans as long as it concerns the [supposed] War on Terror. So they can declare someone's a terrorist and then spy on them as a military operation which is outrageously unconstitutional.

    Everyone should care about this.

  • The paperwork (We the People) is the Burning Bush's T.P.

  • hey i know alot about whats going on in our world lets just say 9-11 inside job guld of tunkin rfk jfk cia set up......so what is this clip and who is this fucker

  • 4th amendment? schmorth amendment!

Who even knows or cares what any of this even means?

  • yoooo

  • wut da f**kk is dis s**t this is gey wtf dude i dont no wut dey sayin gtfo

    dis s**t is hella boring

  • No Proefeed, so fare every issue the Demo congress has made, has been shot down by the Constitution and historical precedence.

This vid also has no point. Mukasey didn't say anything that isn't already known.

The congresspersons are trying to make a point that doesn't apply to the issue. What does come across is the low intellect of congress who don't seem to understand the basics of law

  • Many years from now courses will be taught about the attempts to undermine the Constitution between 2001 and 2008. History will judge Mukasey as an enemy of the Constitution, along with much of the current administration.

  • They should redact that memo.Any reasonable person would say that crushing the testicles of the persons child being tortured is wrong no matter what the circumstances.Redact if hadn't been and i don't think it has.
