Pochaiv. Pochaiv Lavra

Pochaiv (Ukrainian: Почаїв, also Pochayiv) is a small city in the Ternopil' Oblast of Ukraine. The city is located 101 kilometers to the north of Ternopil'.

The city is known for the Pochaiv Lavra, the largest Orthodox monastery in Western Ukraine and the second largest men's monastery in Ukraine after the Kyiv Cave Monastery. The first written mention of it dates to 1527.

The Trinity Monastery-fortress (15-17 centuries) (Mezhyrich, Rivne Oblast) and the Trinity Nunnery (17-19 centuries) (Korets, Rivne Oblast) are also depicted in this video.

Iagree with kyivcossacks - Orthodox religion began in Kyiv and Ukrainians should be able to practice their religion in thier native Ukrainian language - Russian language does not belong in Lavra

Pochaiv is a holy Ukrainian religious site - the Russian Orthodoxy have no right to continue their unlawful tenancy - unfortunately the russians continue to dominate Ukraine instead of uniting Ukraine

This includes all stolen Ukrainian orthodox icons,artwork and even the Patriach itself which Moscow stole from Kyiv, the centre of Eastern Orthodoxy.
