  • Commandments, precepts, sacraments, teachings...

    Can not confuse to someone?

    Isn't there a simple rule?

  • @Churruminonian For one and a half thousand years uneducated peasants were not confused. Then Martin Luther came along and confused the world. The Catholic faith is simple - love Jesus and the Church, and do what Jesus said to do (which is why the Church says what she does). Anyone who says the Catholic faith is complex is either not looking at the faith, or deliberately looking away from Jesus.

  • Why only 10s of millions of souls? I replayed the section of video several times, thinking that I would hear 10s of billions instead of 10s of millions. If you count the current population of the US who are protestant, add those who aren't Christian, and then account for some percentage of "Practical Catholics," you're certainly in the range of billions of souls. That doesn't take into consideration souls that have already passed, or those yet to be born.

  • The total population of the world is only 6 billion . . . .

  • Why are so many Catholics indifferent to the Church?

Maybe it's because most priests & bishops seem indifferent, and the sheep are merely following their shepherds, regardless of whether that shepherd is leading them to the wolf or to the Lamb.

  • Years ago, our Youth Minister gave my daughter (and the rest of the Youth Group) an Evangelical Baptist Study Guide for the New Testament. After being confronted, she essentially shrugged her shoulder and said I was making "too big a deal." I went to our Pastor who not only agreed "it's all the same" but told me the only difference between the Catholic Bible and the Protestant bible is an "extra book." He said "Christians are all the same." We left the parish.

  • The percentage of Catholics in the U.S. today is nearly the same as it was in 1960, however, the percentage of praciticing Catholics has diminished greatly.

Over 60 percent of Catholics born after 1960 rarely or never attend Mass. And, among this percentage of Catholics nearly 90 percent do not believe in the Divine Presence in the Eucharist.

It's time for a reformation of conscience among Catholics before the modernist perspective overtakes the Church.

  • I agree with you!!!!!

  • I really liked this vid. Good job, good message. I myself am part of a student organization at St. Marys (Parish for Texas A&M) which is called Ask A Catholic A Question. We wear bright yellow t-shirts and field questions about Catholicism. Gotta get the word out!

  • GREAT video! Keep up the great work!
