A brief history of 100% Whey protein, from cow to cup. How it was first used, when the benefits of whey were discovered, and how it first made it on the scene for bodybuilding and fitness.

  • ya but does concentrated amounts of protein cause blood cells to become more acceptable to cancers?? anyone?

  • @rainbird221 I'm pretty sure there's an organic version of it.

  • That early whey was from grass fed cows and unpasteurized - that's why they had great health benefits. Does Optimum Nutrition also use unpasteurized, grass fed whey? You make no mention of it. This is why I'm only using Warrior Whey.
