The Manitowoc QY-0135W is a 123 pound self-contained half cube ice machine that offers a great option for small operations making a few iced drinks each day. An ideal application would be a coffee shop with about 12 to 15 seats. The half-size cubes are perfect for chilling or blending iced coffee drinks, a tasty way to make this machine work for your business!

The small size and air ventilation positioning on the QY-0135W makes this machine a good choice for small spaces. The machine takes in and expels air through the front vents, and as long as these are open to the air, the machine can be installed right next to cabinets, walls or other equipment and still function perfectly.

The air filter is located behind those vents. For routine cleaning, just slide the filter out from behind the vents—no tools required. Clean the filter, then slide it back in behind the vents the same way. Super easy!

Reaching into the ice bin to scoop the ice is also made to be simple. The plastic bin door slides open and back into the bin, tucking away and staying put while you scoop the ice. The ice bin holds about 80 pounds of ice at a time, refilling to this capacity as you use ice throughout the day.

The Manitowoc QY-0135W is a water cooled machine, so be sure to install it near a floor drain. All ice machines require a drain to empty small amounts of ice melt, but the QY-0135W has a water-cooled condenser and will definitely be draining its share of water.
