Well Done James! Some of my students have to study the marcello sonata this semester, And I'm posting this video for them!
I miss you on my right!!!

@tbonemasta1 That's how fast it's supposed to be, and I think this piece was made originally for the String bass, cause I have the music, this is Fred Zimmermann's edition for String Bass, I believe that is why he chose this octave.

I'm playing the piece down an octave to bring out the true beauty of the bass trombone sound. Performing in the tenor trombone octave would, while absolutely possible, be counterproductive to the whole concept of the bass trombone. This octave puts it in the most beautiful baritone register of the instrument.

Im a sophmore in high school and im gunna play either this or blue bells o' scotland for S&E, is there a video that plays this in the upper octive?

There wasn't when I posted this, but there may be by now. If not, this is down exactly one octave so it is in the same key, and all the musical aspects should be pretty much the same.

I like the 2nd accompanist at 1:14. Bravo Meador.

Hahaha! I know, I love the car horn blaring in the background. The recital hall is right next to one of the busiest streets in Merida!
