I never knew that what I was doing had a NAME!!! Seuss!!! I have people always come sit by me to listen in and try to learn, and the term I learned for the way I speak was... I called it.. "the Kindergarten Sale" because I didn't have the right term for it. All I knew is it was a simplistic way of speaking. Wow. I love these videos. I am taking notes as we speak. Tomorrow I log in at 6 a.m. Mountain time. I can't wait to use everything I have learned.

This video is great. However, do you have any videos more specific about the Rate of Speech for sales people over the phone?

Hey Chuck,
I like your tid bits.However, I firmly believe that you are born to present. If you have the spark then sure you can get better.If it's not there from the beginning then it never will be there.
Question for you... What industries have you previously worked in? Do you have any type of track record ?
