MLB 2K10 bat glitch

The bat was on the ground and he could still swing the bat in his hands. I thought there werent supposed to be any glitches in the game this year.

This happened to me with a 3-2 count, 2 outs, runners on second and third, down by 1 in the bottom of the 8th. I swung and missed, and it didn't say "early swing" or "late swing", so I was right on it. If u haven't bought this game yet, don't. Stuff like this happens all the time.

This actually happened to me a few days ago while I was playing with my created player. Apparently I hit a foul ball and never picked up the bat after stepping into the batters box.
