OMG brad, you should play F.E.A.R and F.E.A.R 2. It would explain so much of the story. This series isn't really episodic, so there will be a lot of stuff you miss out on by not watching or playing the first two games of the series...

@1:40 just before you started running, there were a dual MP-970 guns in the room to your right :) they proved effective to me.
