  • You have no idea what your talking about. Ill will fucking bash you down if you wanna start an argument. HIT is no bullshit buddy. Thats how ive been traning for 7 months and my body has gone through huge changes. If you use any HIT program right, then you will be made into a human machine.

  • this guy did that in 14 days. oh look a pig just flew past my window

  • @skojiro

Don't apply for an NPC judge's card. lol

  • The video isn't too clear, but it appears that there are changes to pimples and even moles on his back. More so then I would expect over 14 days. I'm very much into HIT but have some reservations as to how authentic this video's is.

  • @BlakeC94 Bruv what you have said is perfectly correct ! can you tell me please what does it mean by HIT PROGRAME , i believe that training intensely is HIT but i never understood the programe thing

  • @ozwaldp true mike had genetic condition where all his muscles (including heart muscles) where not genetically normal.dont know what that condition is called.

  • @BlakeC94 i have been doing hit for 1.5 years now......the results are staggering....but u gotta shift the workouts every now and then.,

  • WOW, unreal. imagine what he will look like in 1 year. does anyone know what kind of exercises he is doing and how he does them???

  • i see no different!?were are the muscles?

  • Mentzer's dad died from the same heart condition 15 years before Mike died. Brother Ray inherited chronic health conditions that led to his early death, too. If the Mentzer brothers hadn't exercised and lived as healthy as they did, they would have died even earlier. Steroids had nothing to do with their death. Neither one was a heavy user anyway. Mike abused all sorts of drugs during his manic-depressive years and even that didn't kill him. But his genetic profile did.
