1) Please state the time period that the victim Diani Bey-El was detained, following the November 15, 2007 Court hearing. --- see: http://kidnapped.tripod.com this explains what happened before, during and after the November 15, 2007 court hearing which was the day my wife was Kidnapped by the georgia authorities in court. OAS Executive Assistant Secretary: Elizabeth Abi-Mershed has had this information since february 17, 2010( scan of FEDEX way bill attached) inclusive of a Data Disk of ALL information filed in this matter; which is also viewable on the world wide web at the above website. So, for OAS to request information that they already have a second time, is ridiculous or OAS has lost - conveniently - all the information on paper and disk that we sent them by FEDEX - tracking number: 8678 8519 6491 ; ID no. 0412. which OAS / OAS Executive Assistant Secretary: Elizabeth Abi-Mershed did recieve. I have also forwarded to you my wife's email to OAS Executive Assistant Secretary: Elizabeth Abi-Mershed dated 3/2/10 of the event's prior to November 15 2007.

The type of follow-up required for matters such as these has been sparse, so we are not getting responses as we should and we have published our communications online so there would be no loss of continuity.
