You did an amazing job on this video. I am a diehard Boston Bruins fan and I had tears in my eyes watching this. After the Bruins I was a big admirer of the Whale. I remember the great wars the Bruins had with the Whalers. Hartford Whalers were a lot like the city itself. Small but never backing down from anybody. They took on Montreal, the Rangers and the Bruins and Sabres and were NEVER pushed around by anyone. BRING THE WHALE BACK TO HARTFORD!!!! Lets Go Whalers!!!!

WTF is matter in the Bettman's head. This team Whalers ahve to be back in Hartford same as Winnipeg Jets and Quebec Nordiques and Hamilton, and Seattle ,, scratch Florida Panthers, Phoenix Coyotes, Atlanta Trashers, Carolina Hurricanes

i am also a Boston Bruins #1 fan and i totally agree this team should have not left Hartford and the NHL is a bunch Dumb asses for moving this team out of Hartford and i get a sad every time i watch this video.I would love them to bring back the whalers

@Beginstheman HELL YEAH we're loyal almost 14,000 fans at an AHL game just because the Wolfpack changed name/colors and played brass bonanza, I think the NHL might get the message if we can strengthen attendance to the Whale games and prove we are a good hockey market.

@jtv92q Columbus and Long Island are real cities with real fans (Columbus is getting hit by the recession and Long Island a horrible arena; trust me ive been there, and bad teams don't help the cause).

They have the owner now, Howard Baldwin (who was bought out as a North Star owner and owned the Penguins before Lemieux bought the team from him) - they just need a new arena.

if the city approves a new arena and we get an owner who can grab bettman by the balls and tell him Hartford/Connecticut needs a NHL franchise, it will happen...im sure some players would like the opportunity to play in Hartford rather than Nashville, Long Island or Columbus.....unlike Brendan Shanahan who killed hockey in Hartford saying he hated the city...i really wish he played in Long Island or Columbus just so he would regret saying Hartford is Shitty..bring back the WHALERS!!!
