@myladys1 It is very easy for me to lose weight and keep it off when I am busy. When I was studying and working long days, i did manage to find at least an hour daily to workout and the workout made me feel a lot better. Now, I am not studying and I do not have a job and I feel somewhat deppressed (and i can not even spell deppressed) and I have gained about 60lbs! I was 125lbs when i was very busy and now...but i bought the master series and i will start when it arrives

@LizPoinFitness I got a schedule, but I have to proceed with Sculpt 5-6 and Sweat 5-6 until 4th week. That week I`ll have to do almost a diferent workout each day. Then repeat. That´s why I would like to do P90X now, with a diferent workOut every day...but I will do as follows. thank you Liz, have a wonderful day...hugs :)
I'm sure it requires courage and discipline to get this. I really need to know...doing this requires a lot of free time? Were you studying, working or etc...while doing this program?

@myladys1 It only requires less than 1 hour a day. The truth is that we make time for the things that are most important to us. So if you really want this, you will make the time!!! It's not about having the time, it's about making the time really. It's about 30-40 minutes a day. Message me if you're ready! I'll work with you to help carve out the time in your schedule to get what you want!

Hello beautiful ;) . I´ve just finished P90 and I´m about to start P90M but...Do you think that is a bad Idea to do a diferent exercise per day? For example following this order: sculpt, sweat, plyo legs, core cardio, UmL and last exercise of the week cardio intervals. Then repeat the next week.
I resisted P90 routine and I would like to have a diferent exercise every day, but if thats not how is supposed to be done I won´t. Thank you. And great results by the way

@zpider96 I haven't really done Power 90 Masters but you are supposed to do a different workout each day.Do you have the schedule?

I'm 5'3 and 145 right now so I'm in a very similar position you were in before. I started power 90 recently and healthy eating. Thanks for the motivator :D I definitely want to stick to it now! You look amazing!
