Minus how loud it is... as long as you have working cats and a proper tune the car should pass just fine. I don't know all the rules for emissions testing as we have not had testing here in Florida for many years.

I have a 07 Seadoo RXP 215hp. When I use the GTO to tow I always get these crazy looks from people when I'm launching the ski or pullin it out...especally if the exhaust tips dip in the water at all....lol.
