Meeting with plaintiffs' counsel Pablo Fajardo, Alejandro Ponce Villacis and Juli Prieto with Luis Yanza and Alexis Mera, Ecuador's Secretaery of Judicial Affairs.

Prieto admits that the plaintiffs' claims cannot be brought because the statute of limitations has lapse. He adds that plaintiffs are "workign on some pretty bold theories to get around the Statute of Limitations."
