I didn't realise quite how close I came to being dinner, this happened on the 15th Dec 2009, an amazing dive I would highly recommend.

  • This sort of falsely and misledaing horseshit is exactly one of many reasons why people are spooked of sharks thus they are slaughtered by the millions every year. If you love sharks as I do, then you would find it no trouble at all to change the title name......

Save the shark, spread the word.........

  • @dj17q There you go I've changed the title for you, it was just a bit of fun. The divers who work at the aquarium said afterwards it's as close as they have ever seen one of their sharks get to a diver

  • Highly unlikely that breed of shark would attack a human, especially in captivity. Must have been fun though.

  • That looked really cool. He just wanted to give you a kiss. When i did the same dive as you, They just swam around me minding their own business. It was my experience at Manly that convinced me to get my scuba licence and to see the Grey Nurse in the wild is just as awesome and they are just as docile! Great video mate!

  • @dj17q I have no intention to kill a shark. but they just scare the shit out of me.

  • Maybe he just wanted to sniff your hair?

    =)

  • @kanunski Ace. Yes I do agree this is one of the closest 'shave' I have ever seen between a shark and a diver. But thankfully the Grey Nurse, or Sand Tiger, arent that aggressive at all. Unless they get 'teased'. Anyway many thanks for changing it even if might be just for me. Just that it is very important that no people who are new or naive to sharks, get spooked by certain words. All my life I have been pretty vocal about saving sharks because they do need our help.

    Thanks once again.

  • and the atack ?-.-

  • 0:23 the shark would have swallow his head

  • What are you talking about CalBrownTV1??? One part of your statement is true....You don't think.....Sand Tiger sharks have been known to attack, and kill humans!!!
