In and out move

Get lower, this will help you lean into the outside of your move. That will put the defender on his back foot for when you come back across. I'm posting a video this week on this drill check it out!

Simple suggestion, practice things in game-style pace. You need to practice them goin all out game-pace, otherwise when your in that situation your handles will fail you. Ive been there all too often. Do what your doin, exagerrate the movements slightly, a little headfake helps, and really kick off with your right leg to get that first step ahead of the defender =] keep up the work !
