@mattyhaddockful It's universal truth.Star Wars,same like other stories with heroes are allegorical to spiritual path. Be a mystic (Jedi) requires inner tranquility under all circumstances. You have to deal with your own personality before you obtain power, or you can easily cause some kind of disaster. Someone who is afraid of something instinctively wants transform that fear to something other because it's always easier than destroy it. But it always leads to unpleasant state.

It can be true, but all those emotions are completely interchangeable. the way Yoda says it makes it sound like this is always the way it is, and its not.

no it's true mate, just witnessed it in my own life itself.. my bro's gf was at house... I was afraid to go sit next to them at dinner cuz i'm just a coward sometimes and don't dear to sit next to people i don't know that well.. So i started getting angry, and hatefull, and behaving really rude at the table even not wanting to sit next to them and acting rude as if I hate them really think they felt it.. nd now i'm at my room feeling even worse then before ..
