Waiting On A Miracle is an original song that I wrote a few months back. My longtime friend and film maker Harrison Heller of Amorphous Blob Productions came to me and asked if he could do a music video of a very different variety: a machinima music video using Garry's Mod/Half-Life 2. The goal for this video was to tell three mini-stories over the span of 6 minutes solely through the visuals and the music. These mini-stories were inspired by the themes of the song and attempt to complement the song's melancholy tone.

An astronaut desperately searching for his wife on an alien world. An office drone suffering the pain of a crumbling marriage. A mother trying to cope with the aftermath of a tragic accident. They are all waiting on a miracle.

Tech Info:
I used the M-Audio Delta 1010lt PCI audio card in my desktop computer in conjunction with a Behringer Xenyx 2442fx mixing console and a MXL 550 condenser microphone for vocals with an MXL 551R condenser microphone on the guitar plus direct in from the guitar's pickup. I used Cubase 6 to record, mix, and master the song.
