I am starting a video game project that is being documented for all to watch. The game is being developed in XNA Studio.
While I have no actual experience with any of this, I will be learning as I go (hopefully) using resources found on the internet, and anywhere else I can get them.
All of the tool and tutorials I use will be outlined at http://mygameproject.com I will also try to suppliment the video blogs with text and photo blogs.

All of the source code will be made available at the web site.

So visit the website - http://mygameproject.com

And Subscribe to this channel

  • i have a problem with your vid that has truck me straight away i am a person who is trying to learn programming and c# and as you have expressed in your 1st video you didn't know anything so how can you expect a begginner like myself who knows nothing about programming to know what a variable in this instant means and where to place the code

  • Good question. I followed the tutorial on the xna creators site then worked everything out from there. Sorry I didn't make that more clear.

  • your website just spams me with "go daddy" adverts??

  • If u could make it in hd that would be great... other then that it was great!!!!!!

  • please read i would think its more usefull if you put the sprites in the content folder

  • could u do it in HD. That would be great...

  • i just downloaded XNA

i only know how to do simple programing, but with a bit of help from your vid's i'll be on my way.

  • A really big thank you for your tutorial. Now I begin to understand XNA. :) It would be great if you could make the videos HD so one can see better what you're typing.

  • well i will answer your question u should learn basic programming first then learn game programming

  • It does :) Right now Im sticking to C# as well but apparently XNA lets you have libraries of sprites ad characters and gives you a better gaming environment.
