Wow. I like what I hear. I'd love to collaborate and take this further. You've done some great work. Throw me a PM if you're interested! Great work, Skye. :D

Great job. I enjoy Pogo's stuff alot so when I found your tribute, I was excited and you didn't disappoint. But, if I could ask a question, what programs do you use for harvesting and then editing your sounds? Just wondering. Thanks. 5 stars.

Absolutely an amazing piece of work !!! I have been a fan of the movie since it came out in 1980, have BOTH soundtracks. The original by John Barry, and the 'expanded' one by John Debney and the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. The second one by J. Debney expands to 19 differnet arrangements (from 9 on the original movie score) that breaks down different scenes !!! Like > 'June 27 th.' > 'Room 417' > and 'Coin' to name just a few...
Again, GREAT piece of work my friend...
DOUBLG.

@SergeantBacon I too am thrown by the Pogo tag, and he didn't revolutionise it, as I for one (and likely others), pioneered the Genre back in the early 90s, before Apps, with the use of VHS! (a genre which is actually renowned Audio-visual or roughly translated: VJ). Of-course, the styles are different in terms of sound, such as auto-tuning chords and sound manipulation-- but the AV/VJ agenda, started far_from_here.

I listened to this song, over and over, over and over, over and over.

(Also-- actually, I did this when I was 15. Now I'm 16! Not... 17 yet. Jo Addie got the ages a lil' wrong, but that's all right!)
Please be sure to listen to the improved version this version is linked to! It's subtle changes, but much better, I think. Thank you so VERY much for the wonderful comment!
Very nice. A re-mix that one could actually Waltz to.

*cracks up* This is hilarious and slightly pathetic (or pathetic and slightly hilarious) to think about, but-- that's totally what I did for, like, 30 straight minutes after I got to the 2:09 section in production. It was midnight, and I couldn't help but blast it out on my laptop speakers and prance around the living room by myself like an imbecile. Thank you so ved'dy much. *tips imaginary hat*

Ok so I love this, but I'm not sure why every sample-song you or dainumo or jeesh makes is marked "Pogo Tribute". Pogo is wonderful, and he revolutionized this budding genre, but he's far from the only one who does this. Are you familiar with the work at breakbitmusic? The guy who runs the place, MrSimon, has been doing this since 2006, and many artists there are utlizing the same style of cutting up videos to create music. This whole idea is becoming a genre unto itself, not just Pogo's mark.

Hope you've seen the Final Mix version-- I prefer that one a lot to this version! And I understand that-- in-fact, I saw MrSimon's stuff back in 2005-- way before I ever saw Pogo. The fact is, though, that me making these remixes is only because of Pogo. MrSimon's stuff, or any other break-beat remixing, never made me feel I NEED-- like, not, just WANT-- but NEED to take a movie and turn it into a song.

It's the same situation with Josh and Dustin, whom I am both good friends with now. Besides, at this point, perhaps the label is making it easier to find artists like us! Or else chances are no one would ever see our videos. *facepalm* But yes, I understand dreampop has been around before Pogo, but Pogo really changed it for all of us, I think. (I was in love with The Avalanches before listening to Pogo, though! Semi-similar.)
But glad you like it, at any rate, Monsieur Seth-- means a lot to me!
